SimLife "Secret" Commands

These commands must be typed in all caps:

BABY causes all mature females to become pregnant and deliver babies at the next game-time midnight. The offspring will all be clones of their mothers (except for possible mutations).

FOOD causes food baskets to move around randomly. Typing it again stops the movement. (Moving food baskets are a good way to prevent or reverse the evolution of stationary, `plant-like' animals.)

MUTM, when running the March of the Mutants scenario, produces a new pull-down menu entitled Mutants. In the Mutants menu are a number of useful commands than enable you to control mutation in a variety of interesting ways.

RCVA, when typed before choosing the reconverge command, causes only animal species to be reconverged.

RCVP, when typed before choosing the reconverge command, causes only plant species to be reconverged.

WALL turns the barrier tool into a tool for building walls that even flying creatures cannot cross.

WEIS turns the altitude tool into a soil-depth tool. This is useful for creating optimal conditions for plants.
