The Ontario Geospatial Data Exchange (OGDE) is a program of the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources. Geospatial data from the Ontario Geospatial Data Exchange (OGDE) is now available to all UTM faculty, staff and students for academic use only.
Digital Elevation Models (DEM)
The provincial Digital Elevation Model (DEM) is a high resolution (10 to 20 meter) raster data set covering the entire province to the 51 st parallel. There are 150 tiles available. Before you choose a DEM, please consult the Ontario DEM index, courtesy of Ryerson University.

10m (Southern Ontario) 20m (Northern Ontario).

Ontario Base Maps
All features available from the 1:10,000 Ontario Base Map Series. Complete coverage for the province is available. The base map for the UTM Campus is on 60504820. We also have a paper copy in our map collection.

Ontario Fundamental Dataset
The data is organized by Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) regions (3) and districts (26). Coverages include: airports, buildings, contour lines, and spot heights, drainage, municipal boundaries, pits and quarries, roads, railways, utility lines, waterbodies and wetlands. See complete list of available features. A separate subset of Oakridge Moraine data is also available.

Landsat Imagery
The UTM Library provides access to digital Landsat Imagery of Ontario. Landsat 5 provides 25m resolution for 1984-1995, while Landsat 7 provides 15 to 30m resolution for 1999-2001.
