National Topographic Database (NTDB)

All features from the NTS map sheets covering all of Canada are available. Included are Designated Areas, Hydrography, Hypsography, Manmade Features, Power Network, Rail Networks, Relief and Landforms, Road Networks, Toponymy, Vegetation, and Water Saturated Soils. See Complete Data List.

Canadian Digital Elevation Data (CDED)

The CDED is an ordered array of ground elevation data derived at regular intervals from the NTDB datasets. Available at 1:50,000 and 1:250,000 scale.
