Please use footnotes (NOT ENDNOTES)

The key here is consistency.  This is best achieved by the use of any style book or sheet.  For example, Northey, Making Sense:  A Student's Guide to Research, Writing and Style.

Your paper should have a full and properly formatted bibliography.
