Peggy Shkuda, Career Counsellor

Peggy has her Masters of Education Specializing in Counselling Psychology with a focus on career development. She has 6 years of experience working as a Career Coach in the corporate and not for profit sectors. Prior to that, she enjoyed a successful career as a TV documentary producer specializing in the arts.
Peggy believes that the career journey has many twists and turns along the road which teaches us new and exciting things about ourselves. She is also an active member in the International Association of Career Professionals. When she is not following career trends, she is busy practising the piano and supporting live music whenever she can!

Rebecca Markey, Career Counsellor

Rebecca has her Masters of Education specializing in Counselling Psychology and over 12 years experience in the career development field working with persons with disabilities, new Canadians, those experiencing career transitions, and university students. A member of the Career Centre team since 2005, Rebecca believes that the creation of a career path is a lifelong journey and brings her enthusiasm for what is possible into her work with UTM students. In addition to her work as a Career Counsellor, Rebecca is a contributing writer on career development issues and teaches yoga and meditation throughout Toronto.

Panayiota brings experience from both university and community settings, and brings experience assisting young adults with career and job-search issues. She enjoys working with students to broaden their perspectives on both themselves and the world of work, so they can find careers that "fit". In her spare time, she enjoys getting creative by taking photographs and pursuing artistic projects.
