The teaching dossier or teaching portfolio is now a standard requirement when applying for academic teaching positions. Compiling a dossier can assist graduate students and post-docs in preparing for the job search, and provide important opportunities for self-reflection to strengthen sense of professional identity. Cleo Boyd, an experienced educational developer and instructional designer, will lead this workshop, and all participants will be required to schedule a 1-hour dossier critique appointment with Cleo or Jonathan Turner to complete the workshop.
