Minor Modifications/Changes
If changes are required to existing programs such as addition/deletion of courses, admission requirements, program requirements, etc. it is essential that the appropriate governance forms and processes are adhered to. There are different types of forms for various minor modifications/changes which have been outlined in the accompanying document to aid in this process.
