Minor Modifications/Changes

If changes are required to existing programs such as addition/deletion of courses, admission requirements, program requirements, etc. it is essential that the appropriate governance forms and processes are adhered to.  There are different types of forms for various minor modifications/changes which have been outlined in the accompanying document to aid in this process.  Additional information and key governance routing have also been incorporated in order to give a sense of when items are expected to be presented and submitted for approval.  If proposing major changes, please visit this menu option in the link above.
