Visions of Science: Network for Learning
Visions of Science is a not for profit organization that strives to advance the educational achievements of under represented youth by hosting science clubs throughout the GTA. The clubs consist of fun science experiments, games, and trips.
Visions has recently expanded to the Peel Region and is looking for volunteer facilitators for their new locations. If you love science and are interested in working with children, then this position is for you!
About the Position
· The clubs meet Saturday mornings from 11:00am–1:00pm
· As a volunteer facilitator, it will be your job to engage the students in the experiments and get them excited about science!

· Malton Community Centre (3540 Morning Star Drive)
· Burnhamthorpe Community Centre (1500 Gulleden Drive)
· Erin Court Cooperative Home (1900 North Sheridan Way)
Who is eligible to be a volunteer?
If you have a basic knowledge of science and are comfortable working with kids, you are eligible to be a volunteer. We ask that all volunteers commit to every Saturday during the program, but exceptions can be made if ample notice is given. Please note that you may be subject to a police check upon applying.

- Science Club at the Amesbury Park branch - Thurs 4:30-6:30pm (partnership with the Toronto Public Library)
