ROP Dates/Deadlines

The student application DEADLINE for ALL 2013-2014 ROP projects HAS ENDED.  Applications will no longer be accepted for the 2013-2014 ROP Season.

WED February 20, 2013: Access to the ROPAPP for students to view ROP projects and submit application(s) begins.

FRI March 8, 2013: EXTENDED DEADLINE for all students to submit applications(s) for both the SUMMER and FALL/WINTER projects through the ROPAPP.  NOTE: The ROPAPP will close as of 11:59pm on this date.

May 2013: Students admitted to the SUMMER projects can begin work.  Students will automatically be registered during the normal registration period for the summer session.

May 2013: Students selected for the FALL/WINTER projects will be automatically registered during the normal registration period for the fall/winter session.

NOTE: Students selected to participate will be notified automatically via email.  Students may not begin work until the contract has been agreed upon and signed by all three (3) parties: the student, the instructor and the Chair all online through the ROPAPP.
