ROPAPP Instructions for Undergraduate Advisors

HOW TO USE THE ROPAPP

Projects:

  • A listing of all approved ROP projects for your department can be found under the “Projects” link in the menu bar above. 
  • By selecting icon of a folder next to the Supervisor information you will be able to view the details of the project. 

NOTE: Projects are listed alphabetically by Project Number.

 

Admin:

  • Here you will have access to a listing of reports that can generate information such as:
    • list of approved projects,
    • list of approved students,
    • outstanding decision from instructor/student, etc. 
  • You can view the report through the ROPAPP by selecting icon of a scroll with a "play" button infront of it (execute report in HTML) you can download the report in Excel by selecting icon of a scroll with "play" and "download" arrows infront of it.
