Financial Aid Advising
Meet with a Financial Aid Advisor
Do you have questions about OSAP, grants/bursaries, scholarships? Do you avoid budgets and need help to put your finances in order?
These and other questions should be discussed with a financial aid advisor.
Financial Aid Advisors offer appointments on a walk-in basis from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
To set up a walk-in appointment, please swipe your TCard at a computer terminal set up inside the Office of the Registrar. A screen will appear you to choose your reason for seeing a advisor from a list of options.
You will then be assigned a unique ID code (or alias) which includes your initials. Please note it.
You will automatically be placed in a queue that will be displayed on a large screen monitor in the waiting area just outside of the Office of the Registrar. Please take a seat outside and monitor the position of your ID code.
When you see your ID code flashing after the chime sounds, please note the name and office number of the advisor assigned to see you and proceed to his or her office.
If your reason for seeing a financial aid advisor is OSAP-related, please bring your Social Insurance number card with you to your appointment.
Unsure whether to see an academic or financial advisor?
Please consult first with a member of our front line team, who can often assist students with most routine matters.
Need to cancel a walk-in appointment?
Please return to the sign-up computer, swipe the TCard in the reader, and select "cancel."
All walk-in appointments take place in the Office of the Registrar, Room 2122, William G. Davis Building.
