2013/2014 Resident Parking Permit

Application & Lottery Process to be posted June 2013


All Residents must apply in person.
This includes all residents from 1st year to graduates (new and returning)

Resident P5

P5 Resident Permits are issued on a first come, first serve basis

There is no lottery held for P5 Resident Permits

Residence Lottery

P6 & P7 Lottery

Late applications will NOT be accepted for the lottery under any circumstances. 
Families with small children living in the Schreiberwood residence will be accommodated first. 
All information provided will be verified with the Residence Housing Office to confirm eligibility. 
The lottery draw will take place in the first two weeks of August once all applications are verified. 
All applicants will be notified of their placement via the contact email provided on the application form within the third week of August.
Those individuals that cannot be accommodated within P6 or P7 will be issued a P5 parking permit.
 

P10 Lottery

Late applications will NOT be accepted for the lottery under any circumstances. 
P10 is reserved for MaGrath Valley residents only.
All information provided will be verified with the Residence Housing Office to confirm eligibility. 
The lottery draw will take place in the first two weeks of August once all applications are verified. 
All applicants will be notified of their placement via the contact email provided on the application form within the third week of August.
Those individuals who cannot be accommodated within P10 will be issued a P5 permit.

NOTE: Payment for residence permits will occur at time of permit pick-up (after a lot is assigned).
