Pharmacists get Schooled!

Associate Director Leigh Revers participates in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists' 63rd Summer Educational Sessions in Halifax, Nova Scotia as part of a presentation session entitled "The Paradox of Subsequent Entry Biologicals: A Non-Bioequivalent Generic" hosted by Janssen-Ortho Inc.

Alongside other speakers from Amgen Canada and Health Canada, Dr. Revers discusses the topic of biologics and biosimilars, and the importance for pharmacists of understanding some of the fine distinctions of this rapidly expanding therapeutic family.
