How to submit an application

The Master of Biotechnology Program may hire Sessional Lecturers to deliver some of our graduate courses. Specific courses will be posted on the board located outside of the MBiotech Offices, Room 2260, Innovation Complex, UTM, and also on the program’s website at Sessional Lecturers.

To be considered for a position, an application and curriculum vitae must be submitted to:

A valid email address is required. It is preferred that applications and CVs be submitted via email.

General information

Generally speaking, decisions concerning Fall, Winter and Spring courses are made by June and Summer courses by March. However, some decisions may be made earlier or later, depending on circumstances. Unexpected vacancies may arise at any time.

Applications will be retained for twelve (12) months. Persons who submit applications and CVs will receive emailed job postings for specific positions for the subsequent twelve (12) month period.

This notice is posted pursuant to the CUPE Local 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement. Please note that in accordance with this agreement, preference in hiring is given to qualified persons holding the rank of Sessional Lecturer II.
