Program Overview

The Master of Biotechnology (MBiotech) program admits 36 students each year. This unique program prepares graduates who are skilled in sciences of biotechnology and have a sound understanding of the business of biotech, medical device and biopharma industries. The multidisciplinary nature of the program has prepared students for a wide variety of internship opportunities.

Introduction

The purpose of the MBiotech internship is to provide students with an opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in an industry setting. A wide range of organisations participate in the MBiotech internships: pharmaceutical, medical devices, capital development and biotechnology companies; contract research organizations; and scientific institutions. All internship activities are arranged by your Administrative Director of Corporate & Student Development.
