Kevin E. Yousie H.B.A, M.B.A., F.I.C.B., ICD.D, CMC

Kevin Yousie holds the academic rank of Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. He teaches in the Department of Management, in the Masters in Management and Professional Accounting (MMPA) Program, and in the Master of Biotechnology Program. Kevin has published more than 30 articles and case studies. His specific areas of focus are Strategic Management, International Business and Leadership.

In addition to his role at the University of Toronto, Kevin is President of Crosswater Partners, a management consultancy he founded in 1997. Crosswater Partners specializes in business strategy and organizational development. Through Crosswater Partners Kevin has worked with public and private-sector leaders from more than 60 countries.

In addition to teaching and consulting, Kevin's background combines 18 years in leadership roles at three large corporations working in Canada, the United States and Asia. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), an Institute of Corporate Directors certified director (ICD.D), and a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FICB). Kevin has served on a number of boards including the board of the Richard Ivey School of Business.

He teaches BTC2010H, Fundamentals of Managerial Concepts, in the MBiotech Program.
