Housing Deposit Payment
The $350 non-refundable housing deposit must be paid in full with your supplementary application to be considered for housing at the University of Toronto Mississauga Student Housing & Residence Life. Please visit "How to Apply" for more information.
For your convenience, this deposit can be paid online during the online application process. The secure payment system will accept MasterCard, Visa or Amex credit cards.
Please ensure all of your information is entered in correctly, as this could delay or cancel the processing of your application.
If you are unable to pay online a money order, certified cheque (no personal cheques) can be made payable to the University of Toronto in the amount of $350 (Canadian Funds only). Please indicate your Full Name and UofT Student Number on the payment and mail into the department of Student Housing & Residence Life within five (5) business days of completing the online application.
Housing Installments
The remaining housing fees will be posted on the Repository of Student Information (ROSI) in two installments.
Payment schedules are listed below and in your Undergraduate Housing Occupancy Agreement.
Housing fees posted to your ROSI account can be paid at your bank or finicial instituition. This includes any additional charge that may occur during your academic year, for example, damages or lockout fees etc.
Outstanding balances on ROSI will be subject to a monthly service charge of 1.5% compunded annually (19.56% per annum). See http://www.fees.utoronto.ca

** All undergraduate residents must participate in the Residence Meal Plan. The meal plan can be used at any campus food service. The plan is a combination of base dollars and flex dollars & works on a declining balance...you pay for what you eat! All first year residents are required to choose a 'full plan' from GROUP A only.
