rezNET Wireless Internet Service
rezNET is the wireless Internet service for students living on campus. rezNET is designed to meet your educational needs. With each rezNET connection, you will receive a fair, but limited amount of bandwidth per week; this amount is based upon your uploads and downloads. It is important to note that all connections and devices share the bandwidth quota of 6GB/day and together add up to the bandwidth being used by the rezNET account. Undergraduate, professional, and bachelor housing communities are automatically enrolled with rezNET, whereas the graduate students and student’s with families can select to receive rezNET services for a fee.
Here is the Connection Information Required to Set-Up Your Wireless Device:
Infected computers compromise our network with the potential to cause disruption to the rezNET service. In order to provide a reliable and safe environment, each rezNET user is required to have antivirus software installed on the computer (especially for Windows Operating Systems). If you do not already have antivirus software installed, one can be downloaded at antivirus.utoronto.ca.
