Summer Housing Deposit Payment


The $300 non-refundable housing deposit must be paid in full with your summer housing application to be considered at the University of Toronto Mississauga Student Housing & Residence Life. Please visit "How to Apply" for more information.

The deposit must be paid at the Residence Services Desk in Oscar Peterson Hall during business hours by money order OR certified cheque issued by the bank or post office. 

NO personal cheques will be accepted.

Please ensure all of your information is entered in correctly, as this could delay or cancel the processing of your application.

All money orders or certified cheques must be made payable to the 'University of Toronto' in the amount of $300 (Canadian Funds only).  Please indicate your Full Name and UofT Student Number on the payment.

Please do not pay the summer housing deposit through ROSI as it will not be applied to your housing application.
 

Summer Housing Installment

The remaining housing fees will be posted on the Repository of Student Information (ROSI).

Payment schedule is listed below and in your Summer Housing Occupancy Agreement.

Housing fees posted to your ROSI account can be paid at your bank or finicial instituition. This includes any additional charge that may occur during the summer months, for example, damages or lockout fees etc.

Outstanding balances on ROSI will be subject to a monthly service charge of 1.5% compunded annually (19.56% per annum). See http://www.fees.utoronto.ca
