Summer Housing Community

Summer placement is completed based on availability and at the sole discretion of the department of Student Housing & Residence Life.

Roy Ivor Hall

One of three different layout configurations.

• Four single bedrooms and two bathrooms per suite;
• rezNET high speed internet service;
• Fully furnished bedrooms with twin-size beds, desk, desk shelves, wardrobe with drawers and desk chair;
• Full size kitchen, equipped with fridge & stove;
• Small furnished living room & dining area;
• Building is co-ed. Suites are gender-specific;
• Laundry facilities, common lounge, study room, piano room & vending machine;
• No Meal plan required during the summer months. Colman Commons Dining Hall is closed;
• Located on Residence Road;
• Controlled entry for security;
• Smoke-Free.

MaGrath Valley

• Two single bedrooms and one bathroom per apartment;
• rezNet high speed internet service;
• Fully furnished and equipped with fridge & stove;
• Community is co-ed. Apartments are gender-specific;
• Laundry facilities, common lounge, study room, games room;
• No Meal plan required during the summer months. Colman Commons Dining Hall is closed;
• Controlled entry for security;
• Smoke-Free.

Schreiberwood

• Four single bedrooms and one bathroom;
• rezNET high speed internet service;
• Fully furnished bedrooms with twin-size beds, desk, desk hutch, drawers and desk chair;
• Full size kitchen, equipped with fridge & stove;
• Large furnished living room & dining area;
• Plenty of storage space;
• Townhouse communities are co-ed, however each townhouse unit is gender-specific;
• Laundry facilities & common lounges located in each phase;
• No Meal plan required during the summer months. Colman Commons Dining Hall is closed;
• Smoke-Free.
