If you identify as trans, please fill out this confidential form http://www.utm.utoronto.ca/housing/und-transgender-housing once you have completed the summer housing application form.
If you answer 'yes' you will be required to provide medical documentation from your doctor for consideration prior to the application deadline.
Before submitting your summer housing application, you will be required to read and understand the terms of the corresponding housing contract selected above.

PART FOUR: Roommate Preference Request:
Please note that your preferred roommate requests must also indicate you on their application form to be considered. All attempts are made to place roommates together, but due to the limited housing available, late submissions, and different housing contracts, requests are not guaranteed. You have the option to indicate 3 roommate requests. Missing information will void this section.

Please read all information carefully: By checking the summer contract link below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Summer Housing Occupancy Agreement in its entirety. I understand that the terms of the Agreement affect my rights and obligations as a Resident of the University of Toronto Mississauga and I agree to be bound by all the terms, conditions, rules and regulations stated or incorporated by reference herein. Please retain a copy of the contract for your records.
