Housing is available for University of Toronto students during the summer months!

The Summer Housing Application Period will OPEN Monday February 25th, 2013 and CLOSE by 4 p.m. on Friday April 12, 2013

To be eligible for housing at UTM during the summer, applicants must be a University of Toronto student.  You may be taking summer classes OR working in the area.    In order to accommodate students during this time, we offer three (3) contract terms:

FULL SUMMER: April 30 - August 24, 2013

FIRST HALF: April 30- June 22, 2013

SECOND HALF: July 5 - August 24 2013

Applications are received on a first-come, first-served basis and placement for summer students will be based on space availability and by the sole discretion of Student Housing & Residence Life.

We have limited space available within Roy Ivor Hall, MaGrath and Schreiberwood communities, so please apply EARLY!

When completing the online application, please remember that your application is not complete until we have received the $300 housing deposit before the Friday April 12, 2013 deadline. Please visit, Rates and Payments for more information.

If you wish to apply with other University of Toronto roommate(s), please ensure all names are listed on each application form. Failure to do so, may result in other placement arrangements. Due to the limited space available, we cannot guarantee roommate preferences.
