This section is for Univeristy of Toronto students with a family, who are enrolled full-time in an undergraduate, graduate or Mississauga Academy of Medicine undergraduate professional program.

With over 1500 student residence spaces, the University of Toronto Mississauga, department of Student Housing & Residence Life provides the most diverse range of housing options for undergraduate, graduate, & professional students, and for students with families within the University of Toronto system.

Our department prides itself on providing a highly supportive, inclusive and enriching living environment for students and their families. We believe that providing safe & secure, well-maintained, and competitively priced facilities allow us to foster the development of a vibrant student community that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.  Award-winning programs like our Waawaahte Northern Lights Initiative are examples of how our holistic and highly innovative programs & services can enhance learning & development among our undergraduate, graduate, & professional students, and for students with families in residence.

Graduate, & professional students and students with families who choose residence at the University of Toronto Mississauga, also benefit from the support of our live-in student and professional Residence Life Staff 24-hours a day.  We offer a wide range of housing options graduate, & professional students and students with families. 

Depending on your specific needs, we offer 4 or 8-month fully furnished bachelor unit contracts, or 12-month term leases for 2, 3 or 4 bedroom townhouses.
