Eligibility Requirements

For Mississauga Academy of Medicine Housing:

In order to be eligible for residence in MAM housing units, Biomedical Communications (BMC) applicants must be full-time in the Mississauga Academy of Medicine degree-granting program at the University of Toronto (3.0 credits or more in the Fall/Winter session). Must remain in Good Academic Standing as defined in the University of Toronto Mississauga Academic Calendar with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 1.50 or more.

Students will receive housing in a furnished, two-bedroom shared accommodation with private bedroom in our MaGrath Valley townhouse community on a 12-month fixed term contract from August 1 – July 25.
 

For Medical Graduate Housing:

In order to be eligible for residence in the medical community, applicants must be a full-time student in a degree-granting program at the University of Toronto (3.0 credits or more in the Fall/Winter session). Must remain in Good Academic Standing as defined in the University of Toronto Mississauga Academic Calendar with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 1.50 or more.

Students will receive housing in a furnished, two-bedroom shared accommodation with private bedroom in our MaGrath Valley townhouse community on a 12-month fixed term contract from August 1 – July 25.
