The rezNET internet service ($238.56) is mandatory and non-refundable.

All housing rates are listed in Canadian Dollars.

Payments:

For Mississauga Academy of Medicine:

The $350.00 non-refundable deposit to be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Certified Cheque or Money Order payable to the University of Toronto only is due with a signed Mississauga Academy of Medicine Housing Occupancy Agreement and application to the department of Student Housing & Residence Life Services Desk located at Oscar Peterson Hall before the application deadline. Upon taking occupancy, this deposit will be credited towards the resident’s first month Housing Fee balance;


The remaining Housing Fees are posted monthly on ROSI for the duration of the contract and are payable on or before the first day of each and every month. Any payments made after the deadline dates will be considered “late payments” and will be subject to a monthly service charge. For details on how to pay, visit http://www.fees.utoronto.ca.



Attention all potential and current tenants of the University of Toronto Mississauga Student Housing & Residence Life.

The University of Toronto does NOT pay property tax, including municipal and school tax for the land that the university resides on. As a result tenants of the university are NOT eligible to file for the ONTARIO PROPERTY TAX CREDIT as per the guidelines for completing ONTARIO TAX FORMS as posted on the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website (http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pub/tg/5006-n/README.html).

Please refer to the ONTARIO CREDITS FORM (http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pbg/tf/5006-tc/5006-tc-06e.pdf) to perform the calculations and see the actual effect this will have on your net income and use this information to make your decision when accepting your offer to Housing at UofT Mississauga.
