Mississauga Academy of Medicine Housing Guarantee

New students admitted to the University of Toronto Mississauga Academy of Medicine are eligible to recieve our exclusive Mississauga Academy of Medicine Housing Guarantee*.

Students will receive housing in a furnished, two-bedroom shared accommodation with private bedroom in our MaGrath Valley townhouse community on a 12-month fixed term contract from August 1 – July 25.

Roommates are matched only within the Mississauga Academy of Medicine program, based on gender and personality questionnaire compatibility; requests for specific roommates will be considered.

Mississauga Academy of Medicine students with families may apply for family housing, which include accommodations in two, three and four bedroom townhouses, however family housing accommodations are based on availability and are excluded from the Mississauga Academy of Medicine Housing Guarantee.

*Eligibility requirements for the Mississauga Academy of Medicine Housing Guarantee:

•    Complete and submit a Mississauga Academy of Medicine Housing Application and submit a $350 non-refundable deposit on or before the Mississauga Academy of Medicine Application Period Deadline;

•    Maintain eligible student status for the duration of the on-campus residency period;

•    Abide by the policies, procedures, payment deadlines and community standards as outlined in the UTM Student Housing & Residence Life Shared-Bachelor Occupancy Agreement.
