Guest Housing Request Form

This form is for Guest Housing requests only.  The sponsoring Univerisity of Toronto department or the University of Toronoto Mississauga student must fill out this request on behalf of the guest. After this form has been submitted to Student Housing & Residence Life, you will be contacted within 5 business days confirming the availability.  Please note that all fields are mandatory and bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
