Guest Housing

Whether you are new faculty or staff relocating to University of Toronto, a University-affiliated guest, or the parent or family member of a University of Toronto Mississauga student, the department of Student Housing & Residence Life can provide you with guest housing conveniently located on campus. 

Accommodation:

• Accommodations available for stays of up to one month in length.
• We are offering a one-bedroom fully furnished apartment in Erindale Hall Residence.
  • Maximum four-people;
  • A queen-size bed;
  • A pull-out couch (double-size bed);
  • One bathroom with stand-up shower;
  • Fully equipped kitchen including appliances and basic kitchen items;
  • Housekeeping provided once a week;
  • All linens and towels provided;
  • Air-conditioned (May - September);
  • Large screen television with basic cable;
  • High speed internet service;
  • Laundry room on ground floor (24 hour secure access);
  • One parking space;
  • No pets allowed.

Room Rate:

Nightly $111.87
Weekly $704.78
Monthly $2,662.51

• All rates include 13% HST Room Tax;
• A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $75 will be requiredd to secure your reservation. The remaining balance, depending on length of stay, will be due at least three (3) business days prior to arrival;

Who Can Make a Reservation:

1. Faculty, Staff or University-Affiliated Guest:

Guest housing arrangements for faculty, staff or university-affiliated guest must be requested and reserved by the University of Toronto department sponsoring the guest. 

2. Parent or Family member visiting a UTM resident:

Guest housing arrangements for parent or family members visiting a University of Toronto Mississauga student must be requested and reserved by the University of Toronto Mississauga student. 

How to Make a Reservation:

The sponsoring University of Toronto department or University of Toronto Mississauga student must fill in the GUEST HOUSING REQUEST FORM online.  Confirmations will be sent to the sponsor via e-mail.  Please note that as the sponsor you will be responsible for the unit during your guest's stay.  Please review the terms and conditions before submitting your request.  If you have further questions, please contact us at 905-828-5286 or e-mail resdesk.utm@utoronto.ca

Cancellation Policy for Guest Accommodation:

Cancellations made at least three (3) business days prior to the arrival date and will forfeit the non-refundable $75 deposit with no additional charges.
