Graduate Housing Rates:

May 1st, 2012 - August 31, 2013 rates:
$779/month CDN for Schreiberwood, Small Bachelor Unit, w/shared washroom;
$818/month CDN for Schreiberwood, Large Bachelor Unit.

Additional fees: Parking, Laundry, Hydro (except for bachelor units), rezNET (mandatory for bachelor units).
 

September 1st, 2013 - Aril 30th, 2014 rates:
$818/month CDN for Schreiberwood, Small Bachelor Unit, w/shared washroom;
$859/month CDN for Schreiberwood, Large Bachelor Unit;

Additional fees:
Parking, Laundry, Hydro (except for bachelor units), rezNET (mandatory for bachelor units).
 

Payment Options:

For Graduate Housing:

Deposits for last month’s rent are to be made payable to the University of Toronto.

Accepted forms of payment are by money order or certified cheque (stamped by bank). Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payments are to be made at the Residence Services Desk located in Oscar Peterson Hall. Accepted forms of payment for rent (excluding deposits) and hydro charges are Visa, MasterCard, Debit, money orders, personal & certified cheques.

Cash payments are also accepted up to a maximum of $50, exact amount is required as no change is provided.

To set up pre-authorized credit card payments for rent and hydro please fill out the form located at Pre-Authorized Payment Form, the completed form must be submitted in a seal envelope addressed to the Financial Assistant, Student Housing & Residence Life.

Attention all potential and current tenants of the University of Toronto Mississauga Student Housing & Residence Life.

The University of Toronto does NOT pay property tax, including municipal and school tax for the land that the university resides on. As a result tenants of the university are NOT eligible to file for the ONTARIO PROPERTY TAX CREDIT as per the guidelines for completing ONTARIO TAX FORMS as posted on the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website (http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pub/tg/5006-n/README.html).

Please refer to the ONTARIO CREDITS FORM (http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pbg/tf/5006-tc/5006-tc-06e.pdf) to perform the calculations and see the actual effect this will have on your net income and use this information to make your decision when accepting your offer to Housing at UofT Mississauga.
