Elgibility Requirements

For Graduate Housing:

In order to be eligible for residence in graduate housing (bachelor or two-bedroom units), the leaseholder must be a full-time student in a degree-granting program at the University of Toronto (3.0 credits or more in the Fall/Winter session). Must remain in Good Academic Standing as defined in the University of Toronto Mississauga Academic Calendar with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 1.50 or more.

The term of tenancy is defined as the agreement period from September 1 - August 31 for two-bedroom units in MaGrath Valley and the agreement periods from May 1 - August 31/September 1- December 31/January 1 - May 31 for bachelor units. Arrangements for shorter tenancies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
