Having Healthy Relationships is a 6 week group for any woman whose self-esteem has suffered in a romantic relationship and who is looking to build healthier partnerships.

The group runs Tuesdays from 2:30pm - 4:00am beginning at the end of September.  Registration is required for this group.

Who is this group for?

This group is open to all women who have experienced an unhealthy relationship.

Do I have to attend all 6 sessions?
Yes.  This will be a small and confidential group and so a commitment to the 6 sessions is needed.   

What can I expect from this group?
The group will meet together once a week for an hour and a half.  It will consist of activities and discussions surrounding intimate relationships as well as the sharing of different experiences in a supportive atmosphere.

What kind of topics will be discussed?
Topics will include identifying the ingredients of healthy and unhealthy relationships, recognizing the impact that unhealthy relationships have on one's sense of self and, creating a vision for a healthy relationship and what qualities it will have.  
 
Do I need to talk about my feelings and experiences?
In order to benefit from the group, sharing and participation is needed.  In doing so, you are encouraged to decide for yourself how much, and what you would like to share.

What will I be able to take away with me after participating in this group?
By being a part of this group, you will benefit by discovering relationship patters and learning practical skills and tools to create a vision for a healthy and rewarding relationship.
