Biology Internships
This course is a practical internship.Through a part-time, unpaid work commitment, you will apply the expertise you have gained through your previous course work. Placements will be made at local conservation authorities, hospitals, planning departments, consulting companies, corporations, federal agencies, and other relevant organizations. A major written report and presentation will be required at the end of the school year. These, along with the employer's assessment, will provide the main part of the course mark.
Students must be a Specialist or Major in Biology, have at least 15.0 credits by the September of the year that they will take the course, have a current GPA of 3.0 or higher in their most recent 10.0 credits, be entering their final year of study, and P.I.
