Service Learning

Service learning is a method of teaching, learning and reflecting that combines academic classroom curriculum with meaningful service in the community. As with any experiential learning, students learn by doing practical work, and this, combined with reflection on their experience, gives students a unique learning opportunity. They gain a richer understanding of civic responsibility, and the personal and societal benefits of lifelong community engagement.
