Research/Project Courses

Many departments offer senior project or thesis courses - these students concentrate on one area of research under a faculty supervisor. The Research Opportunity Program (ROP) gives students from 2nd to 4th year a chance to participate in the research of a faculty member (and sometimes a community member) while earning course credit.

  • For students: A chance to focus research interests, prepare for graduate school, and have close contact with researchers in their field of interest
