CUPE Local 3902, Unit 3 is the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all persons in the employ of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto in the City of Toronto and the Region of Peel engaged in teaching, demonstrating, tutoring or marking/grading for a period of under one year and who is not a student of the University of Toronto.
