Each year the UTM Career Centre, in partnership with various Departments and Divisions, hosts a wide range of events and Fairs. These are excellent opportunities for professionals and alumni to visit the campus, share your knowledge and expertise with keen students! For organizations looking to hire, these are also good opportunities to connect with future candidates for your organization.
Events
Each year the UTM Career Centre hosts a range of events geared towards helping students learn about different career paths, industries and sectors. We are always seeking professional participants including alumni, community partners and community members, and current or future employers.

Get Experience Fair
Date: Wednesday, September 26, 2012
Time: 10:30 am - 1:30 pm
Location: Recreation, Athletics & Wellness Centre (RAWC)
Registration Fee: FREE
Don't miss your chance to connect with hundreds of motivated U of T Mississauga students who are eager to gain experience and contribute to their community.
This is a free event.
In 2011 we had over 65 participants and 1,100 students.
This fair allows students to learn more about opportunities to gain valuable experience through: volunteerism, internships, work-study program, international exchanges, research opportunities, leadership programs and more, offered by a variety of on-campus groups and community organizations.

Graduate and Professional Schools Fair
Date: Wednesday, September 19, 2012
Time: 10:30 am - 1:30 pm
Location: Recreation, Athletics & Wellness Centre (RAWC)
Registration Fee: $185 (HST included)
Representatives from graduate schools, post-grad college programs and professional schools such as law, dentistry, medicine, physiotherapy, education, business and others are welcome to attend. In 2011 we had over 100 participants and just under 1,000 students.

Summer Job Fair
Date: Wednesday, January 16, 2013
Time: 10:30 am - 1:30 pm
Location: Recreation, Athletics & Wellness Centre (RAWC)

In 2012, over 45 participants and 1,600 students attended our Summer Job Fair. Participating will allow you to speak with students from a wide range of programs who want to learn about summer opportunities offered by your organization.

Graduate & Professional Schools Fair: $185
Summer Job Fair: FREE
All prices are in Canadian funds, tax inclusive. Credit card payments are not accepted. We accept U.S. funds, please convert to the appropriate amount.
Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your reservation for Graduate & Professional Schools Fair, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. However, if you do not provide at least 5 business days notice, full payment of $185 will be required.
If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your reservation for our free fairs (Get Experience Fair or Summer & Full-Time Job Fair), please provide at least 5 business days notice; otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be required.
