Resume or Cover Letter Critiques

30-minute resume or cover letter critique appointments are available in the Career Centre on a same-day sign-up basis. You can find out what days critiques are offered on our Events Calendar.

Please note:

  • There is a limit of 3 critiques per student per term.
  • You may have only one document (resume or cover letter) looked at per critique.
  • You must bring a hardcopy of your document with you - you will not be able to print from a USB key on a Career Centre computer.
  • We encourage you to bring in a job posting of interest to help us help you with tailoring your application.

If you would like to have a Curriculum Vitae (academic resume used for applying to graduate programs or academic positions) critiqued instead of a resume (for a job posting), please make an appointment by calling the Career Centre (905-828-5451).

There is no dress code for this event.

Location: Career Centre, DV 3094

How often are critiques offered?
