Posting a Job

What kind of opportunity would you like to post?

The three campuses at U of T share one central job board, which can be accessed by students and recent graduates (in the last 2 years) from all campuses.  Our online job posting system will help you find the staff you need!  Positions may be posted as full-time, part-time, temporary, summer, volunteer, causal jobs or international.

Free, easy to use, 24/7 and available to students at all three University of Toronto campuses.

To post a job or volunteer opportunity, register or log in via the central University of Toronto employer site.

Your position will be posted online within 24 hours for students and recent graduates at all three campuses (within the past two years). Once registered, you will also be able to preview, make changes to your postings and verify the status of your requests at any time.

Internships & co-ops

The University of Toronto offers a variety of opportunities for students to participate in internships and co-ops at both the undergraduate and graduate levels on all three U of T Campuses.

Co-ops

Co-op opportunities are those that require a student to be registered in an academic co-op program.  They are typically 4, 8 or 12 months in duration.

To hire a co-op student, please connect with the appropriate office:

Undergraduate:
Arts & Science – UTSC Co-Op Office
Management – UTSC Co-Op Office

Graduate:
Master of Management & Professional Accounting – UTM MMPA Office
Master of Biotechnology – UTM MBiotech Office

Internships

An internship is a short-term work experience in which you provide, to a student or recent graduate, training and experience in a specific field or career area. An internship can be paid or unpaid.

The important element that distinguishes an internship from a short-term job or community service is the intentional "learning agenda" that comprises the purpose of the intern.  The purpose of the internship is to both provide learning and skill development for the student, an extra benefit of which is the provision of extra level of service, such as project work, to the organization that does not replace work done by regular employees.

Master of Mathematical Finance: 4 month internship
