Employment Advising

Our Employment Advisors are here to help you with some key elements of your job search: your resume, cover letter and interview skills.
The Resume and Cover Letter workshops and Effective Interviews workshops are facilitated by an Employment Advisor, who will help you learn the strategies and techniques to use to effectively highlight your skills and strengths. Through individual resume and cover letter critiques and practice interview sessions, you will benefit from the Employment Advisor's experience both as a recruiter and advising professional, and receive specific feedback to fine tune your “marketing” documents and skills.
In addition, the Employment Advisors conduct the 'Now That I'm Graduating, What's Next?' orientation to help students understand the process of job searching and how to best use our services to reach their employment goals.
