"My responsibilities at Erinoak require me to provide intensive behavioural intervention (IBI) to pre-schoolers with autism," Hazlon says.

For the past four years he has volunteered at a nursery school for children with developmental delays and this job seemed like a great full-time job to have while he started up his consulting company. His consulting will be on strategic career management at the individual and organizational levels because that’s what he does best.

"This is the job that will utilize my training and experiences in HRM and Industrial-Organizational Psychology," Hazlon says.
